Ann Coyle is a dedicated and compassionate nurse with over 39 years of experience in neonatal care. Certified as an RNC-NIC (Registered Nurse in Neonatal Intensive Care) and CPLC (Certified Perinatal Loss Care), Ann has devoted her career to providing care and comfort to families during their most challenging moments. Currently, Ann manages the Perinatal Bereavement Program at Virtua Health, where she ensures grieving families who experience the loss of a pregnancy or infant have access to a comprehensive range of support services.

Recognized for her extraordinary care, Ann was honored in the Independence Blue Cross “Celebrate Caring” campaign, which highlights nurses who demonstrate exceptional compassion and care. Her expertise and dedication to her patients, especially those in the neonatal intensive care unit, have made her a standout figure in her field, supporting families through incredibly stressful and emotional times.
